Reliable scents, always good
This was my third time buying from Hotel Collection, I got the Dream On Scent refills this time. Like before, the quality is consistent. I have the Tower Scent Diffuser from a previous purchase and these refills work perfectly. The scent is exactly how I remember it, very relaxing. Delivery was quicker this time, got it in about 6 days which is good for Mumbai. I always come back for their essential oils.

Got the Black Velvet Scent. It smells great. Delivery was okay, took about a week to arrive. No issues with the product. Will buy again when I run out.
Good diffuser, slow delivery
I ordered the Studio Scent Diffuser with the My Way Scent. The diffuser itself is really good, works as described and the scent is nice, not too strong. But it took 12 days to reach my place in Bangalore. The tracking said it was shipped quickly, but then it just sat there for a while. Customer service was okay when I asked, they just said to wait.
